Delivery and Returns

Information about deliveries and returning possibilities.

Your order will be processed and shipped withing 3 (working) days after placing your order. All orders are shipped via PostNL parcel service.

Usually PostNL will maintain a next day delivery in the Netherlands, Abroad differs per country, all orders will have a track and trace.

If you would like to inquire the leadtimes for shipment at forehand, please let us know via info@iconeurope.nl

Payments are being processed by Multisafepay, who offers a variety of payment methods such as PayPal, Creditcard, Bankaccount etc. etc.

Icon Eyewear Europe cannot be held responsible for any delays a shipment may occur during shipment. This also applies for E-mails and instructions that are or are not being sent to you.

If you are unsatisfied, you can return your order to us. This will need to be done according the following rules:

Returning goods

If your wholesale order for whatever reason does not meet your expectations, you can return this withing 14 days. All items must be in their original packaging, unused.

All products have a production warranty of 12 months. Upon your next order we will credit the returns that you may have incurred. Should there be a specific production fault you are noticing, please inform us of this so we can take appropriate action.
Scratches, breakage or other faults that clearly occur because of use of product are not categorized as a production or material issue.
